These Terms and Conditions govern your use of serelly.com and purchases from Serelly. Serelly is operated by 1001738626 ONTARIO LIMITED. By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, subject to any mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Eligibility and Customer Information

You must have legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate account, billing, payment, contact, and delivery information and for keeping account credentials secure.

Product Information

We aim to describe products accurately. Colors and appearance may vary by screen, and measurements may be approximate. Before ordering, review the product information, materials, dimensions, instructions, warnings, intended use, and compatibility details. Contact us if information needed for a safe or suitable purchasing decision is unclear.

Orders and Contract Formation

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. Acceptance occurs when we send an order confirmation or begin fulfilment.

We may reject or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, an obvious pricing or description error, suspected fraud, payment failure, delivery restrictions, or unlawful activity. If we cancel after payment, we will return the applicable amount to the original payment method.

Prices, Currency, Taxes, and Payment

Store prices and policy thresholds are stated in United States dollars unless clearly indicated otherwise. The final price, shipping charge, discount, tax, duty information, and order total are displayed before purchase. Your payment provider may apply conversion or other charges.

Available payment methods are those presented at checkout. Payment must be authorized before fulfilment. Checkout is provided over HTTPS through Shopify and its payment providers, but payment icons or method names displayed on the Store do not guarantee that a method will be available for every customer or transaction.

Availability, Promotions, Reviews, and Inventory

Products, variants, promotions, discounts, and inventory may change. Promotional conditions displayed with an offer form part of that offer. We do not authorize false reviews, fabricated ratings, misleading discounts, or artificial scarcity claims. We may correct an obvious error and will contact affected customers where required.

Shipping

Delivery eligibility, processing, estimated transit time, shipping charges, tracking, and import information are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees, and events outside reasonable control may cause delays.

Returns and Refunds

Return eligibility, instructions, return-shipping responsibility, refunds, and cancellations are described in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the Store, interfere with its operation or security, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, use automated means contrary to our instructions, commit fraud, violate another person’s rights, or use the Store for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual Property

The Store and its text, graphics, logos, images, designs, and other content are owned by or licensed to Serelly and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the Store for personal shopping purposes, but may not reproduce, distribute, exploit, or create derivative works from protected content without authorization.

Third-Party Services and Links

The Store may rely on or link to services operated by third parties, including Shopify, payment providers, carriers, and social or advertising services. Their separate terms and policies may apply. We are not responsible for third-party websites that we do not control.

Service Changes and Events Outside Our Control

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features of the Store prospectively. We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, but this does not remove obligations or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Liability and Consumer Rights

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Serelly is not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, or limits mandatory consumer rights, statutory rights, or remedies for defective goods.

Complaints and Resolution

If you have a complaint, contact help@serelly.com with your order number and relevant details. We will review the matter and seek an appropriate resolution without limiting rights available under applicable law.

Changes, Severability, and No Waiver

We may update these Terms for future use of the Store and future purchases. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it.

Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Customers retain any mandatory protections provided by the laws that apply to them. These Terms do not select an exclusive court or forum.
